Credit Card Security
We take the protection of your credit card details seriously. We protect your credit card information during transmission by using Payment Express Technology incorporating CVC Security, which encrypts the information you input. Your credit card details are not held by Nit-Enz Ltd and cannot be accessed by Nit-Enz Ltd staff.
Returns Policy
Nit-Enz Ltd prides itself on its high standards of quality control.
If your order* is not what you stated or if our product arrives damaged, simply notify us within 7 days of its receipt and we will exchange or refund your purchase. *Applies to standard items purchased through website.
All you have to do is:
Email Nit-Enz Ltd immediately to advise us of the problem.
Return it to us at your cost within 30 days of emailing us.
Ensure the item is in its original condition and unused.
We will then send the replacement product to you at our cost or refund your purchase immediately.
Shipping Information
All standard items purchased from Nit-Enz See our Urgent Orders Policy for exceptions. We ship to most international locations via New Zealand Post, DHL or Fedex. If you are unsure about shipping, please contact us.
Customs & Import Duties
All prices shown in New Zealand Dollars are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service Tax). Purchases transacted in international currencies are exempt from GST.
As every country has different import criteria, Nit-Enz Ltd cannot predict what duties, taxes or service charges, if any, may be applicable at your end.

Delivery Information
As Nit-Enz Ltd manufactures and stores all of its own products, the majority of our delivery times within New Zealand should be within 2 working days of the receipt of order and payment(excluding weekends or public holidays).
If for any reason we cannot supply your order within this time, you will be notified as soon as possible so that you can make a decision regarding backorders.
Nit-Enz Ltd will not be liable for delays beyond our control, especially for pre-Christmas consignments held up by Post Offices or freight organisations at either end.
Alternate Payment Methods
In addition to accepting Mastercard and Visa payments through our online shopping cart via PayPal, Nit-Enz Ltd can offer additional payment methods.
If you would like to pay via direct credit, or utilize Paypal's "Send Money" facility, please contact us via email or choose the option at time of purchase through your shopping cart.
Urgent Orders
Nit-Enz Ltd will normally ship your order via New Zealand Post or Poste Haste Couriers. Delivery outside of New Zealand will have added freight cost depending on the country and freight company
However, should you wish the goods to be sent with high priority, we can arrange to have your order couriered urgently to most worldwide destinations. This will involve additional freight charges at your end. If this is the case, please contact us via email and we will provide details of additional charges.
